ELECTRONICS LABORATORY
Electronics Laboratory is responsible for education and research in the following areas at the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering:
- circuit theory and computer-aided circuit design
- design of analogue, radio frequency, digital and optoelectronic circuits and systems, including the design of integrated circuits
- applied electronics with a special emphasis electronic systems design and product development
- digital circuits and systems modelling and design

Post Graduate Course on"Physics and
Engineering of Heterostructure Devices and Materials"
Electronics laboratory organizes an intensive post graduate course (15 lecture hours) on "Physics and Engineering of Heterostructure Devices and Materials" during 17th-19th of May 2011. A more detailed description of the course is available in the enclosed course program. The lecturers of the course will be given by Dr. Vassil Palankovski, Institute for Microelectronics, TU Wien. The lectures will be held in classroom TS127 and the first lecture will start at 9.15 o'clock on Tuesday the 17th of May.
